**About the Role****What You Will Do**- Ensure that account plans are implemented and aligned with client objectives- Client Relationship Management- Leverage external networks to further sales and business development- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the market- Assisting in the sourcing, listing, and selling and leasing of commercial properties across Jabodetabek- Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers- Negotiating property transactions from start to finish- Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property- Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients**What You Will Need**- A minimum of 3 years experience in managing commercial accounts (Retail, Office Space, Warehouse) or B2B Role- Excellent communication skill with the ability to converse with diverse range of stakeholders- Strong commitment to customer service excellence- Entrepreneurial mindset- Ideally equipped with a Bachelor Degree in Business or similar degree.
