Sales Manager Mortgage

**Position: SM/RM Mortgage****Responsibilities**:- Build up Relationship- Ensuring the achievement of sales targets for mortgage products at branches- Providing the best quality service and adequate product information to customers, maintaining good relations and providing the right banking solutions for customers- Coordinate and communicate effectively and efficiently with internal and external credit support (CIAS, Appraisal, PLI, CCPC, Legal, Product development, Credit Policy, Business Development, Operations, FBS) with the aim of increasing team productivity in achieving predetermined monthly targets- Increasing cross-selling between funding and loan products at branches to support the achievement of branch targets- Ensure that all processes related to the sale of loan products comply with applicable regulations and policies- Provide referrals for new developers, property agents or other referral sources with the aim of increasing work productivity in achieving set monthly targets**Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major- Minimum 2 years working experience as relationship manager for Mortgage or 4 years working experience as sales Mortgage, especially on banking industry- Have proficient in strategy analysis and has a high leadership spirit- **Have a BSMR or LSPP Level 1 certificate**:- **Willing to be placed on branches at Semarang Only!!!****Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: Rp12,000,000 - Rp19,000,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (required)**Experience**:- Mortgage: 4 years (required)
