2. Job Descriptions:
· Responsible for developing of sales programs to sustain the business growth in the market
· Lead, coach and motivate all individuals in the team to achieve their monthly target
· Work with Marketing team to develop and implement promotions and incentives
· Perform budgeting, costing and sales analysis for events
· Work with outsourced vendors for company training, events and activities
· Monitor and update such progress of promotions and incentives to General Manager
· Manage distributor relations to support the business
· Plan and execute training, events and activities to increase productivity of distributors
· Conduct timely meetings and trainings when necessary to distributors
3. Requirements:
· Experience in MLM industry
· Expertise in promoting skincare products
· Hands-on experience in promoting skincare products
· Sales target driven
· Hands-on direct selling experience of strong network with distributors.
· Able to recruit and maintain Distributor
· Independent with strong leadership skills
· Ability to communicate effectively, respond to concerns and strategically solve problems
· Strong leadership, presentation and analytical skills
