Responsibilities: Spearhead B2B sales in Asia, America and Europe  To develop and lead a long-term sales and distribution strategy Prepare sales action plans, strategies & activities Lead initiatives that will help identify business expansion and distribution opportunities within existing and new channels Proficient in English and can communicate and present idea to our multinational team Working experience in SaaS company or startup Proven experience in sales of minimum 3+ years in Retail, Finance or FMCG. Experience in reporting results, insights and sales data via various dashboards. Finding and developing new markets in Asia, America and Europe and increasing sales through different channels Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met. Requirements: Able to speak and write good English IT savvy and is in tuned with the startup and tech scene Minimum 3 Years experience in sales, marketing, or related field Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective negotiation skills Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task Excellent organisational skills Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
