Sales Director (Digital)

A large regional insurance company is seeking a Sales Director (Digital) to join its Indonesian headquarters in Jakarta. This is a new position where the purpose is to lead its digital function and have overall responsibility for delivering business targets through this channel.
About the Sales Director (Digital) Role:
The broad range of responsibilities includes working with the company's e-commerce distribution partners to achieve great customer acquisition that includes both its agency and bank partner digital sales aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential new digital distribution partners
Drive channel optimisation for e-commerce, and conversion rate optimisation
Work with key business partners including the Head of Strategy and CTO
Leverage available data to drive and optimise results, ensuring all digital programmes have clearly defined metrics to evaluate success

To succeed in this role, you must have in-depth experience and understanding of the e-commerce landscape.
Key Requirements:
Strong sales mindset and ability to drive revenue through digital channels
Understanding and experience in the optimisation of an e-Commerce business with metrics such as cost per acquisition and lead conversion, etc.
Strong business acumen and world-class communication skills
