Kalapa Technology merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak Teknologi dan di bidang jasa untuk supply tenaga kerja berdasarkan kebutuhan dari rekan kerja kami.Kalapa Technology helps to transform conventional business models into modern business models that are faster, more precise, and more effective with the support of digital-based technology, strategy, planning, design, and operations**Responsibilities / Job Desk**:- Identify and research potential clients through various channels including LinkedIn, Company website, and Industry events- Assess the needs of potential clients and qualify them as appropriate for the sales team- Schedule meetings and calls between potential clients and sales representative- Canvassing to generate potential clients and get initial meeting - Generate new leads- Build & Expand the sales pipeline- Work under specific KPI**Requirement Intern SDR**:Fresh Graduate or FInal year student from marketing/Business or any related major Charismatic and engaging personality.Fast & willing to do Business Development activities Full WFOGood Communication Skill (Verbal & Written)Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's Degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholdersProactive and self motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges**Internship commitment**: Full time internship for at least 3 (three) months and will be promote to our employee based on performance
