About the Sales Communication Supervisor Role:
This position reports to the Sales Event and Communication Manager in all aspects relating to Sales and Communication Departments. Responsibilities include expanding and improving the communication channels between Distributors and the company by providing accurate, up-to-date and reliable information.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Sales Event and Communication Manager on the distribution of event promotional flyers, launch support material, and communication at various events and through various channels to the local distributors
Ensure communication from and to region are working well, including all localisation needed, including ensure recognition are properly conducted to maintain high motivation of members
Recommend and align with the Sales Event Supervisor calendar activities, subject to approval of the Sales Event and Communication Manager and Sales Director
Work closely with the local distributor leadership to collect feedback on issues and idea related the effectiveness of communication to members. This will be done on a monthly basis and when specific issues arise
Ensure ideas and suggestions are continuously put forward and that the company continues to move forward in a positive and up-to-date way
To succeed in this Sales Communication Supervisor role, you will need to have exceptional strategic and analytical thinking.
Key Requirements:
University or College Graduate
Good communication and listening skills both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia
At least two years' management experience in a customer service related industry
Excellent in filling and create regularly report
Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Energetic and enthusiastic, with a hands on working style
Ability to work independently/with team
Ability to be an on-time person
Ability to work on an International scale
Ability to set own priorities and take the initiative and cope with a Manager in another country
Ability to multitask but still attend to detail and focus on important issues
Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and handle stress in a demanding and fast-pace environment
Positive and professional attitude, customer service orientated
Excellent knowledge of MS office, Words, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail and Internet
Attention to detail and pro active
Reliable and trustworthy
Professional and courteous telephone manner
Flexible in terms of working hours
Budgeting experience and knowledge essential
Must be prepared to travel on a local and international scale
