**Job Description**What you will be doing**:- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and sincere welcome and register guests into the computer, verifying reservation, address, and credit information, while meeting all required 5-Star standards.- Accept payment for guests' accounts both at the time of registration and at checkout.- Maintain a house bank and make a deposit and accurate report of receipts daily.- Cash checks and exchange currency for guests.- Issue keys and post miscellaneous charges as requested.- Handle mail, packages, and facsimiles in the absence of the concierge.- Assist the bellman in storing any luggage.- Additional duties as necessary and assigned.**Work Experience**Your experience and skills include**:- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.- Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.- Must possess basic computer skills.- Ability to solve problems and make rational decisions.**Benefits**What is in it for you**:- Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide.- Learning programs through our Academies.- Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world
