Good news to sales educator out there! majoo is looking for Sales Trainer to be part of our extensive sales learning & development journey. You'll be part of our tight-knit Academy team, whose main goal is to elevate the skill of our employee, and heavily collaborate with Sales team in the process of building a salesforce with sustainable skills and competency. To succeed, you'll need both your comprehensive understanding in Salesmanship and knowledge in learning strategies.**Responsibilities**:Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement for Sales & Telesales teamProduce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies) that can trigger learner curiositiesOnboard new sales people toward a seamless onboarding journeyCoordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknessesMonitor sales objectives and results to be consistently within the targetCollect feedback from trainees and managers about training coursesReport on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)Liaise with external trainers or industry professionals and organize seminarsMaintain updated records of training material, curricula and costsJoin hands and become buddy or peer with TL. SPV and/or TLM to develop sales team in their areasAt least 4 years experience as salesperson will give you credibility while teaching and developing our teamHaving a teaching experience will be a plusPassion in learningBasic knowledge in learning & development processes and strategiesStrong interpersonal and analytical skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAble to operate Ms. Excel
