Sales Administrator

**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Provide administrative support, including preparation of purchase orders, quotations, sales orders, delivery orders and invoices- Prepare and upload product listings including content for various e-commerce partner's platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopify and etc.- Liaise with the freight forwarder and relevant parties relating to logistics- Coordinate with suppliers and customers on delivery schedules and documentation- Prepare import/export shipping documents- Answer all incoming calls- Perform any other ad-hoc task upon request**Requirements**:- Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in sales coordination- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)- Preferably with SME working experience- Meticulous and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in Microsoft Excel- Willing to learn, responsible and positive working attitude**Other details**:- 5 working days- Great career prospect as the growth opportunity in the company is tremendous- Excellent remuneration package based on experiences.- Office Area: Citra Raya Tangerang**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Rp3,000,000 - Rp4,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Tangerang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Language**:- English (preferred)
