Jakarta Game Operations Entry LevelAs a member of the Revenue team, you are part of a team that performs analysis, makes insightful recommendations, and designs solutions to address complex business issues. You will develop industry-leading monetization systems on our games and implement data-informed strategies in order to achieve your monetization and growth goals while also growing player revenue and value across the community.**Job Description**:- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop growth strategies and build new products that meet players' needs- Support existing monetization strategies, and revenue channels present in the game today, while working on new systems to maximize player revenue and value- Participate in In-game campaign formulation - from ideation, planning, release, and monitoring of in-game revenue campaigns- Analyze player data and product results and compile insights- Communicate strategic recommendations and product outcomes to product leaders and decision-makers.Job Requirements- Minimum a bachelor's degree from a reputable university preferably from Engineering background or relevant- Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practice- Data-driven mindset with the ability to set strong and measurable goals- Possess a strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking ability- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
