**J**ob Description****Intern-HR & Payroll Services **is responsible to assist end to end payroll process for external clients', to assist monthly payroll information preparation of external clients', and to assist salary payment of external clients' is delivered as scheduled.**Responsibilities**:- Assist external clients' payroll & benefits data preparation- Prepare external clients' payroll report, applicable tax filing forms, pension and benefits administration, etc.- Assist external clients' social insurance administration- Assist external clients' individual income tax calculation- Assist employee when correspond with Tax Bureau or Social Security Office to solve any related issues- Perform other duties as assigned**Requirements**:- Minimum final year student of Diploma Degree (D3) in Taxation/Accounting/Management- Have good knowledge of Individual Income Tax in Indonesia will be an advantage- Have good knowledge of social security (BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) will be an advantage- Conversant with prevailing Labor Power law and related obligations will be an advantage- Numerical sensitive and detail minded- Skillful in using Microsoft excel program- Have good communication skill in Bahasa & English (Written & Spoken)**Make an impact**Our global presence in more than 80 countries allows you to impact how global and diverse clients do business as well as give back to the global communities we operate in**Be part of One TMF**At TMF Group, it's our people who make us who we are.
