Quantity Surveyor / Project Control Specialist

Cost Estimation: Preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labour, equipment, and other associated expenses- Budgeting: Assisting in developing and managing project budgets, monitoring costs, and ensuring projects are completed within the allocated budget- Project Planning and Scheduling: Collaborating with project managers to develop project schedules and timelines, and monitoring progress to ensure projects are completed on time- Reporting: Preparing regular project status reports, including cost reports, progress updates, and forecasting for management and clients- Quality Control: Ensuring that the construction work meets the required quality standards and specifications- Diploma / S1 (Bachelors) in Civil Engineering / Architect or a Related Field- Willing to learn new things and work in a team- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using relevant software for cost estimation, and project management, such as CostX, Primavera P6, or Ms Project- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to conduct accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project documentation"Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
