Technical Assistant

Job Descriptions:- Coordinate with key stakeholders of each Strategic Business Unit for strategic initiative delivery and project monitoring- Manage reports and data collection for strategic decision making, including (but not limited to) Monthly Management Report, Feasibility Study Tracking, and Project Cost Report- Lead improvement initiatives to increase the effectiveness of Sinar Mas Land digital, investment, and non-property business process- Create and validate documentation and milestone for a new projects that will be launched- Coordinate with key stakeholders on cross-functional issues and deliver escalation message to Deputy Group CEOJob Requirements:- Min. Bachelor Degree from Finance or Accounting in reputable university- Deep knowledge and understanding about technology & investment.- Able to do self market research, data analysis and reporting- Able to do financial statement analysis, investment management, financial modeling, and statistics.- Willing to be placed in BSD Tangerang
