Mitra Keluarga launches a new digital product with the aim to equip Indonesians with better access to high-quality specialist medical care and medication.Requirement:3+ years of experience as QA or Test in a fast-paced agile environmentAbility to analyze and synthesize requirements to create and prioritize test cases and test planExtensive hands-on experience with testing web applications as well as mobile applications across all platforms (Android + iOS)Solid experience with Rest API testingDatabase knowledge of SQLComfortable with multi-location engineering teams and cross-functional team environmentStrong problem identification and solving skillsCollaborative and can multi-task on a number of priorities and delivering results in a dynamic start-up environmentJob Description:Leading our efforts to implement and optimize test strategy, test planning, test execution for Front End as well as Back End solutionsCreating and maintaining test casesOwning the task of regression, smoke, and sanity suites to run in test and production environmentsAnalyzing the test estimations, test scope, and test results and share them with stakeholders in a timely mannerWorking closely with our Product and Engineering teams to ensure proper test coverage is provided for features and fixes before releasing them to end-usersBeing involved in all the stages of development - starting from sprint planning to release sign off and post-production tasks such as continuous support and maintenanceProvide mentorship for your teammates and learn from other experiences and mistakesBe responsible for the growth and happiness of your team members
