PersyaratanOur Client in Shipyard Business is looking for a talent with the requirements below:- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Naval (Pelayaran) / ANT 1 or equivalent- Min. 3-5 years Experience in DPA or QHSE Tanker Field- Has a Technical Competencies such as Ship Inspection System, Safety Management System, SMK Mastery, PMS Mastery, and Checking Skill- Has a leadership, Integrity, Ownership, Accountability, Effective Interactive Communication, Analytical Thinking, Safety, and Developing Others Skills- Preferably with an experience in Oil & Gas, Logistics, or Shipping Industry- Fluent in English (Oral and Written) Tanggung JawabOur Client in Shipyard Business is looking for a talent with the main responsibilities detailed below:- Preparation of annual work program- Quality control of the Management System- Lead the Company's Quality and Safety Communication and Participation Program- Encouraging Efficiency through Management System Design and Implementation- Implementation of Contingency/Emergency Actions and Investigations- Monitoring monthly reports and safety reports from ships- Carry out familiarization of ship crew before signing on regarding Safety, ISM Code and ISPS Code- HR Management (MPP, Performance Management, Coaching & Counseling)
