Hr-Ga Officer

Human Resource:- Prepare documents, calculate, and process HR monthly transactions (BPJS & payroll)- Send data for income tax calculation to external accounting consultant and check the calculation result- Check and update HR budget and realization- Check & renew expatriates' working permit- Manage employees' leave schedule- Conduct employees' mid-term review- Arrange medical checkup for local employees- Gather, inform, and register employee to seminar & training- Renew Wajib Lapor annually- Support Legal & Compliance matters when necessaryGeneral Affairs:- Handle company cars and drivers related issues- Handle reimbursement from employees and drivers- Prepare & create necessary documents for payments to third parties & tax report- Check quotations and invoices from third parties before proceeding to payment- Manage administration of invoices, tax, payment certificates, etc- Manage stocks of company's supplies and purchase if needed- Handle petty cash and taxi voucher availability & usage- Keep all agreements and control its validity- Provide data and coordinate with external accouting firm- Support and coordinate with external IT vendor
