We are looking for a QA Engineer Freelance with a strong technical background to implement the test strategy by working closely with the product team. The tech lead and Product Manager will be your companions during the ride.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to verify software functionality and stability.- Identify, document, and report software defects, anomalies, and issues using appropriate bug tracking tools.- Collaborate with development and product teams to provide detailed defect reports, including steps to reproduce and relevant documentation.- Collaborate with the automation team to create and maintain automated test scripts, enhancing testing efficiency and coverage.- Execute and analyze automated test results, identifying trends and areas for improvement.- Contribute to the development and improvement of testing processes and methodologies.- Work closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of project requirements and expectations.**Requirements**:- Basic understanding and knowledge of Software Quality methodologies, testing tools and Software Quality processes is required- Experience in working in Agile process management methodology.- Should have a deeper understanding of the product at the implementation level, and should be able to analyze logs and API responses at the Microservice integration level.- Highly Experienced with tools such as Jira, Postman, Allure.- Knowledge of Performance & Security Testing is a bonus point.- Excellent communication skills - very good at inter and intra-team communication.- Team player who endorses a collaborative work style.- Have knowledge and experience in automation testing with Cypress & Webdriverio is a plus.- Have Knowledge and experience testing strategy- Have knowledge and experience in test data strategy ex: data validation
