In 2020, the company received Series-B funding from TransPacific Technology Fund and MDI Venture.**Job Description**:- Develop and deliver a strategic technology vision and direction for overall development- Lead and manage the Development process and teams to deliver software, infrastructure and architecture that meets the needs of customers- Ensure delivery consistent across the teams- Work effectively with Product Managers to ensure delivery against agreed priorities- Implement mechanisms to monitor, manage and provide progress on all software development activities- Accountable for quality delivery of software development projects- Create, implement and maintain a continuous improvement plan for software development- Ensuring the operational support and monitoring is in place for live running of services- Ensuring the development teams are enabled to deliver effectively and efficiently, sharing best practice across teams- Resource planning, recruitment and key talent development**Qualifications**:- Work experience as Head of Engineering or in a similar senior-level position at an engineering department- Strong passion in software engineering and technology- Strong Computer Science fundamentals and OOP Knowledge- 8+ year experience (as professional) with.NET / Spring / Play / Laravel / Rails / NodeJS (Express JS and others)- Have experience at least 4 SDLC- Experience in Unit Testing or TDD- Experience in SQL or NoSQL database- Experience in designing and developing RESTful API- Strong knowledge in SOA / Microservice architecture- Familiarity with Git- Experience with Agile framework such as Scrum or Kanban- Experience building SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) products is a big plusDeep experience implementing engineering, management, and process best practices within a rapidly growing team- Exceptional empathy and listening skills, as judged by your peers and reports (whose references we will ask for)Additional InformationWe value a flexible working hour for our employees.The most important is we provide a learning experience in Conversational AI Industry.
