Purchasing Staff

We are looking for a generalist **Purchasing Staff** that are able to work under pressure - willing to go on-field and understand the production processes, and has relatively high interest in understanding the mechanics and electrical complexity of machine parts.**General Responsibility**:- Conduct purchasing: searching for items, price comparison & negotiation- Contact suppliers for administrative procedures & complaint management- Conduct supplier evaluation & selection- Administration: Follow-up orders, Delivery Order, PO- Process Purchasing Requisition**Projects you will be under-going**:- Pioneer in creating spare part warehouse- Support the migration of manual administrative work to digitization- Refine & improve supplier database- Refine & improve our purchasing department's business process**Qualification**:- Min. Education: Diploma III Degree in any major- Min. 6 month of experience in procurement / purchasing- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, Google Sheet- Familiar with manufactur industry- Good communication & negotiation skill- **Willing to WFO in Tangerang**Jenis Pekerjaan: KontrakPanjang kontrak: 6 bulanPertanyaan Lamaran:- Are you willing to WFO in Tangerang?- We must fill this position urgently.
