25,000,000 IDR ~ 30,000,000 IDR- Tangerang- Education: Bachelor Degree in any major- Language: English (Communicative)- Having Purchasing experience of more than 5 years in the Paint or Chemical industry**About work**????????**:Evaluate the initial requirement and provide recommendations to top management related to Purchase Requisition (PR) and Service Requisition (SR).Analyze, check and evaluate supplier lists based on reputation, credibility, and supplier quotation to determine the supplier to use based on user needs specification (according to his/ her authority).Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the expedited process of unit or service from the supplier, and its delivery plan to use location.Plan monitored, and evaluate unit or service receiving process by user and payment to the supplier according to contract order (according to his/her authority).Coordinate, evaluate, and develop a management system of asset distribution data in the company.Analyze and monitor Request To Dispose (RTD) resalable used goods, the conduct sales process for used goods of certain values (within his/her authorization), coordinate the completeness of used goods sales document with related parties, and invite scrap buyers.Set up the budget and evaluate the utilization of the service department budget.Assess and evaluate vendor competencies and experiences, evaluate and negotiate the scope of works and contract price, and evaluate vendor performance.Identify, plan and evaluate subordinate needs and development, and recommend subordinate development programs based on competency needed and develop work culture, and give coaching and counseling periodically to increase performance and overcome subordinate work problems.**Salary**25,000,000 IDR ~ 30,000,000 IDR**Work Location**Tangerang**Requirement**- Education: Bachelor Degree in any major- Language: English (Communicative)- Having Purchasing experience of more than 5 years in the Paint or Chemical industry**English Level**Communicative**Other Language**None**Benefit**THR(Lebaran Allowance)Bonus : Depends on Company ProfitBPJS: Ketenagakerjaan, KesehatanPrivate Medical InsuranceCompany Phone
