Job Descriptions :  Develop and maintain relationships with a network of suppliers, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality ingredients and products Source and negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers, seeking cost-effective solutions without compromising quality Analyze market trends and stay updated on industry developments to make informed purchasing decisions Manage inventory levels, monitor stock availability, and implement effective inventory control measures Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to understand their ingredient requirements and ensure timely delivery Conduct regular quality assessments of suppliers and products, ensuring adherence to standards and specifications Monitor and optimize purchasing processes, implementing efficient systems for order placement, tracking, and delivery Stay informed about food safety regulations and certifications, ensuring compliance throughout the supply chain Coordinate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to align purchasing activities with business objectives Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and pricing information for financial reporting purposes  Requirements : Proven 3-4 years of experience in the culinary or F&B industry, specifically in purchasing or procurement In-depth knowledge of ingredient sourcing, supplier management, and purchasing best practices Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders Excellent organizational and analytical abilities to manage inventory and optimize purchasing processes Familiarity with food safety regulations, certifications, and quality control standards Proficiency in using purchasing software and systems Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Bachelor's degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred  Benefits of working as a Purchasing Manager in Jakarta:
