Public Relations Manager

**Responsibilities**- Develop and execute PR strategies to support business objectives.- Manage media relations, including drafting press releases, pitching stories, and responding to media inquiries.- Develop relationships with key journalists and influencers, building media networks and amplifying brand messages.- Monitor and analyze media coverage, identifying opportunities for improvement.- Manage day-to-day operations of the PR function, such as maintaining budgets and tracking progress.- Execute PR campaigns across traditional and digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and messaging.- Support crisis communications and damage control efforts in the event of negative press.- Represent the organization at public events and conferences, engaging with stakeholders and customers.- Manage social media accounts, creating content and engaging with followers.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified approach to communications.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, or a related field- 5+ years of relevant public relations experience- Proven track record of successful campaigns- Excellent writing and communication skills- Knowledge of media relations, social media, and other communication tactics
