You'll lead projects, monitor associations, and provide policy support across departments, shaping regulatory landscapes and driving strategic initiatives.**Responsibilities**:- Conduct Intelligence gathering and issue assessment focusing on laws and regulations impacting Pluang, and to develop policy brief and evaluation- Research and develop public policy positions and campaigns as part of a broad cross-functional team.- Design stakeholders mapping report to move our advocacy narrative.- Engage policymakers, regulators and third parties to advance Pluang's business objectives.- Engage and monitor associations activities.- Provide policy support for other departments in Pluang when necessary- Lead the planning and implementation of projects and initiatives from the Public Policy team**Requirements**:- At least 5 years of experience in working on financial policy issues within government, think tanks, public interest groups, or relevant industry associations. Working experience as government official / SROs / associations / media in the financial sector is a plus.- Have moderate to advanced understanding about the financial sector and its ecosystem.
