**Responsibilities**- Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management- Determines/Develops project specifications by studying product design, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates- Provides timely engineering solutions to problems associated with project assignments- Assist with Technical evaluations/project task on capital projects from the concept CAR funding stages through procurement, installation, start-up and commissioning- Develops or assists with the development of project schedules by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions- Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions- Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations- Maintains project records and documentation such as meeting minutes, specifications (URS, FRS, etc.), drawings (P&ID, schematics), change control, Preventative maintenance and calibration forms/data, etc.- Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations (Health Authority)- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed- Any other task as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.**About You**:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical preferred)- 5 - 15 years related work experience- Pharmaceutical experience preferred especially in Biologics DS / DP- CQV (Commissioning, Qualification and Validation) experience and knowledge is preferred.- Instrumentation & Controls experience a plus- GMP/cGMP knowledge a plus- PMP certification a plus- Self-motivated and capable of working in diverse team situations with company clients and maintaining a positive attitude towards project challenges.- Bilingual in English (Written and Spoken) as well as in Indonesian (Written and Spoken).**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Project Manager: 5 years (preferred)- Project Coordinator: 5 years (preferred)- Pharmaceutical Industry: 5 years (preferred)- Commisioning, Qualification and Validation: 5 years (preferred)License/Certification:- PMP Certification (preferred)
