Project Manager/Operations Manager

**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering (other disciplines will not be considered).- A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Civil Engineer in steel construction or 8 years in civil building construction (preferably with experience in steel construction).- Direct on-site experience is essential.- Proficient in administration tasks such as manpower planning, time scheduling, implementing existing SOPs, and effectively managing projects. Must be capable of providing solutions to project challenges.- Willingness to travel for business trips outside the city.- Strong communication, leadership, discipline, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are crucial for this role.**Salary**: Rp15,000,000 - Rp18,000,000 per month
