Through our advancements in technology, we want to make the world a better place.Are you an enthusiastic individual looking to work for one of the leading financial technology companies?**What You Will Do At Snap Innovations?**- Discussing potential projects and their parameters with clients, executives, and software developers.- Planning out the blueprints for software projects includes defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.- Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.- Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.- Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible.- Determine and oversee consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.- Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.- Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.- Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products' performance.- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field- Minimum of 1 year of project management and related experience.- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.- Proven ability to solve problems creatively- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.- Experience seeing projects through their full life cycle- Excellent analytical skills.- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline**What else are waiting for you?**- Competitive salary- Be a part of the future of financial technology by doing something meaningful.- Great career development opportunities in a growing company- Passionate and collaborative team- Family-like environment- Up-level your technical skills and capital market knowledge- Multi-cultural environmentWhat you do today will determine your tomorrow!**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Tangerang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Project Management: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Mandarin (preferred)License/Certification:- Six Sigma (preferred)- Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred)
