Project Manager

As Project Manager, you will play an important role in setting the direction of PCS Group IT team. You will work with leaders and industry experts to define strategy, lead business-critical projects, set goals, and help the team to achieve performance targets.Work with Stakeholders, Head of Business Development, and Product Manager in defining and executing business-critical projectsLead business projects that require coordination across business streams within various projectWork with middle and senior management in setting the goals and targetsWork with functional and product teams to track business metrics performance and conduct management reportingRepresent the team in strategic discussions with both internal and external stakeholdersAllow the activities, trends, and regulations in the financial service space to become a better partner in setting the team strategyCollaborate with business unit leaders to improve team organization and teamworkBachelor degree from Computer Science or Information Technology, master degree is a plusAt least 2 years working experience in related fields such as banking, consulting, or related IT industryStrong technical skills. Familiar with cutting edge technologyDeep understanding of how the financial service industry and fintech companies workAbility to analyze challenges and opportunities with data and critical reasoningExcellent verbal and written communication skills to approach and persuade related stakeholders, and manage the expectations of senior-level managementStrong project management skills to manage complex projectsBuild trust and positive collaboration as a leader
