OPEN DATE-CLOSING DATE: 04/07/2023-03/08/2023Pacific Asia-Indonesia-JAKARTA-ID-JAKARTA PONDOK INDAHPROFESSIONAL FAMILY: CONSTRUCTION AREA COORDINATIONOverseas | Expert | Residential**IRC223584 - PROJECT CONTRUCTION MANAGER**At **Eni**, we are looking for a **Project Construction Manager** within** Eni Muara Bakau B.V.** in **Jakarta, Indonesia.** You will be responsible for managing the overall construction process of onshore or offshore facilities, structures and/or pipelines from initial construction planning through to Mechanical Completion and final hand-over to Commissioning Team.**As a member of** **the project development department at **Eni Muara Bakau B.V.** **you will be responsible for**:- Reporting all incidents- Motivate staff and colleagues to comply with HSE rules and standards- Participating in HSE related initiatives- Timeliness and efficiency of construction works execution.- Technical integrity of construction work execution.- Technical quality of project constructability reviews.- Managing of all the construction process, from the early preliminary project phase up to Mechanical Completion and handover to Commissioning team, in order to achieve timely project completion within project budgets.- Construction planning and monitoring (schedule and cost) in accordance with Company contractual requirements.- Monitoring Construction site daily/ weekly/ monthly progress against project program requirements.- Holding regular meetings with construction staff to outline construction activities.- Attending at regular progress meetings with all Construction Contractors.- Constructability reviews and construction execution plan reviews.- Implementing of constructability analysis contents during selection, definition, and execution phase.- Contractors' management (including construction work troubleshooting), suppliers coordination ensuring compliance with the HSE, and Quality standards defined at design stage.- Managing construction site supervisors.- Defining, implementing, and managing construction organization structure during all the project phases.- Contributing to relation with local and central authorities.**This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements**:- Education: Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent)- Professional Qualification:- experience in Oil & Gas industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities- construction experience including planning, mechanical, civil and electrical/instrumental activities- SSPC or NACE or equivalent certification- Professional Role general knowledge: Construction Plan and Monitoring, Construction Works, Mechanical Completion, Constructability and Commissioning Plan and Monitoring.**Training & Certification**:- Project management basic and advanced courses- Global oil economics & petroleum project evaluation- Project Procurement Management- HSE Management in upstream operations- Petroleum Engineering- Combined Survival & Rescue (T-BOSIET certification)- Language: Fluent in English & Intermediate knowledge of the local language (if required)**Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)**Comply with rules and standards described in Company Policies, HSE Integrated Management System and Procedures**Location**:Jakarta, Indonesia**Contract type**:ResidentialAt Eni we believe in enterprising people, capable of making a difference and making their contribution with passion and innovation, to respond to the global challenges of the energy transition.
