8 or more years of experience in sustainability management, preferably in the Cocoa industry in Indonesia with minimum 5 years in senior managerial positionExtensive practical experience in implementing local and international sustainability standards (Rainforest Alliance, Utz, Fairtrade etc.)Demonstrated success in managing / leading complex program within a dynamic, changing business.

Responsibilities
• Manage implementation of company Cocoa's sustainability policies, commitments, and initiatives according to the standards set out in the Cocoa Compass and the customer's sustainability program charter• Manage and monitor the implementation of customer sustainability programs, at local and national levels and ensure they are on track for delivery to demonstrate impact• Identifying gaps in company Cocoa's sustainability performance and recommend priority areas for continuous improvement• Communicate and align wherever needed with internal stakeholders on overall progress, milestones, finances etc.• Understand current emerging environmental and social trends and issues that can pose risks or open opportunities to company, and proposing initiatives as well as the business case for sustainability ambitions implementation to leadership team• Develop SOPs for Internal Management Systems (IMS) and field implementation as per company's and customer's program KPIs• Building awareness of sustainability programs within the company through communicating and marketing sustainability campaigns to internal and external stakeholders• Liaising with Legal, Finance, M&E and HR departments and commercial business unit whenever needed• Keep up with our latest jobs notifications, news, and events. Requirements
• Practical knowledge in the area of responsible sourcing and traceability• Must be a relationship builder who is able to work effectively with various levels of associates, stakeholders, and leadership within the business• High impact communications, presentation skills and report writing• Willingness to travel at least 30-40% of the time• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
