Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor, you will coordinate with shift leader for execution of daily and weekly production plan to meet production output target, daily and monthly. You will be based at East Jakarta, Indonesia. This role reports to the Production Manager.**Main Responsibilities**- Monitor implementation of EHS, 5S, TPM, and ISO 9001 accordance with PPG's rules.- Participate to manage in one of the EHSMS Element or LCR Owner.- Initiate and review MOC together with Production Manager - following managing and implementing the changes in the production.- Monitoring production progress, solving quality issues and define strategy and preventive action to improve productivity and quality.- Initiate to share and implement improvement's idea in production shop floor/ continuous improvement.- Taking fast action and response regarding Non-Conformity Report / customer complain.- Monitor and manage indirect material use /consumable item for Production.- Evaluate operator's skill and define annual training plan.- Define manning setup and ensure all operators already have skill for their job.- Conduct regular stock count at production area.- Monitoring and maintain stock accuracy of WIP and F/G at ID01.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree from Engineering.- Fluency in English and Bahasa is a must.- Having working experience in manufacturing company minimum 2 - 4 years.
