Production Manager - Tobacco

PERSOLKELLY is one of the largest recruitment firms in Asia Pacific providing clients with comprehensive end-to-end workforce solutions, enabling us to leverage their connections as one of the largest recruiting firms in Asia Pacific.We are now seeking a position as a Production Manager who will handle the following key responsibilities as below:- Plan and coordinate all stages of the production process in accordance with predetermined standards in order to produce quality products in accordance with needs/trends, on time, & efficiently.- Ensure that every production process has been carried out in accordance with the targets, targets that are expected- Ensure that every product produced is fulfilling- Make production planning in accordance with the needs plan- Create and establish every policy, procedure (SOP) that applies in the SKT-SKM production department- Monitoring and evaluating production data at every stage of the production process set quality standards and completed on time.- Coordinate with the mechanical department in terms of maintenance and repair of SKM production machines- Coordinating with the Inventory Planning Control Section in terms of the availability of raw and auxiliary materials- Coordinate with Research and Development and Quality Control in an effort to maintain and improve product quality.- Organizing a production administration system and reporting system in a systematic manner.- Plan and control the rhythm of production work- Evaluate the results of production work, identify obstacles, make corrective changes- Controlling employee discipline and controlling employee absenteeism levels- Provide input to the Director of Operations- Improve the quality of human resources in SKT & SKM production department daily, weekly, monthly & annually.We are looking for prospective talents to meet the requirements as below:- At least 10 years of experience in production management and operation manufacturing in tobacco manufacture are require.- Experience of working in new pilot plant manufacturing and production machineries are plus point.- Ability to lead a teams of daily worker in production, eye for details and understand cost drivers in a manufacturing environment- Willing to be placed in Malang - East Java.587301
