Production Manager - Plastic Packaging

Key responsibilities as below:- Bachelor Degree in Engineering- Have 5 Years experience as Production Manager in plastic packaging manufacture- Have experience supervising production process and have implemented SOP, 5R, K3- Have experience in supervising production process in plastic injection, rigid and mold shop- Have a strong communication and leadership- Willing to be placed in Pasuruan - East Java.We expect prospective talents to meet the requirements as below:- Supervise the implementation of the production process, starting from the initial raw materials to finished goods.- Supervise the use of raw materials, use of packing materials and other auxiliary materials by minimizing waste and process failures.- Maintain quality standards of products from production to packaging.- Making effective use of human resources by reducing absenteeism, increasing discipline and order.- Streamlining the operation of existing equipment and machines.- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, machinery and work environment.- Supervise the preparation of production reports, which include attendance reports, raw material usage, production results, and stoppage hours for each machine.- As a coordinator in implementing SOP, 5R, K3, and trouble shooting.Should you meet the requirements, let's make a connection by sharing your latest CV and Resume.
