To manage production resources and all as support to make smooth production target with standar prodution machine
Make sure goods are produced efficiently at the right cost and level quality
Make daily and periodic reports on activities in parts in accordance with applicable reporting system
Working with PPIC in the preparation of plans and production schedule
Working with PPIC and Purchasing section to ensure appropriate level of material and component inventory are monitored and maintained to meet timely delivered of Finish Goods
Maintaine the discipline of work and asses the performance of subordinate on a regular basis
QUALIFICATION :
Maximal 40 years old
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field or manufacturing company
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor Degree in enginering or related field form reputable University
Must be able speak English
Expertise the production process flow in paint industry
Good coordination and comunication inside and outside departemen
Strong organizations and management time skill, ability multi task and priority task with strict deadlines
Leadership, energic, Creative, Interpersonal skill and highly motivated
Possesion of a Professional in planning and production control
