Production Manager

Drive & sustain excellence in health and safety, quality and process in production assembly.- Partner with Quality team to define program on quality awareness to all production operators- Be the driving force in meeting product quality standards and sales requirements while enhancing production efficiency- Partner with Continuous Improvement Team in leading and implementing Lean Manufacturing, line balancing, cycle time analysis and eliminating/ reducing non-value added process.- Actively participate in quality improvement activities and Kaizen initiatives- Regularly review production capacity and manpower requirement in line with production planning and sales trends- Ensure smooth coordination and efficient running of all production units to optimize production output- Lead and manage Daily Production Meeting, work with Support Function (Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to manage and close production barriers.- Control on Work in Progress and material handling in Production.- Track, challenge and improve related KPIs- Degree in Manufacturing Engineering.- 5 years experience in related field as Manager- Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Certified Green Belt will be added advantage.- Computer literate in Windows (Excel) and knowledge in ERP system like SAP- Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa"Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
