We ensure that each of our Gravity achieves the highest quality by providing a comfortable and safe environment in which to grow together.**Job Description**:- Own the end-to-end design research process from the initial planning and leading of user research to influencing the product direction based on research insights- Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies- Validate assumptions that will guide the product team's designs- Keep update with current and future global trends in products, features and overall user experience of the products that you're responsible for- Work collaboratively with product, engineering and business functions to understand requirements, to provide creative, thoughtful solutions- Perform usability testing with user, partners and internal stakeholders- Become a consultant for product team on reviewing user flow and user experience on related products**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's or MS in a human behavior-related field (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience)- Have a minimum 1-2 years of past proven work experience as a UX Researcher- Have various range of knowledge of qualitative & quantitative methods- Passionate to understand users and their motivations- Experience in conducting user/qualitative/field research- Get used with multiple research tools such as Maze, Miro, Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc- Articulate communicator as well as have a top-notch presentation skill
