PersyaratanJob Requirements- Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience in Healthcare industry- Bachelor's degree or above in business management, marketing or related field- Possess a solid understanding of healthcare industry- Ability to develop product and marketing strategies- Driven, Results Oriented & Resilient- Excellent analytical and communication skillsTanggung JawabKey Responsibilities- Develop marketing plans and activities for company products.- Ability to do research and evaluate new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.- Strategize marketing strategy and execution of plans for the existing products.- Ability to assesses market competition- Obtains product market share by working with sales managers to develop product sales strategies.- Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, supply chain, regulatory and quality and government affairs when needed.- Ability to manage new product development, launch campaigns and managing distribution channels for products- Provide marketing management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning.
