About the Product Manager Role:
The Product Manager will support the development and implementation of product strategies with the objective to achieve revenue, product quality levels and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Developing marketing efforts including channel and POSM Strategy, planning and trade promotions Leading the product team covering product road map, training aligned with company directions Developing product plans and product development to capture the Indonesian market Providing solutions and value to distributors in Indonesia Working with the team to develop product key messaging and channel propositions for Indonesia Ensuring products are compliant with regulations and registrations Collaborate with Asia Pacific product management team to create product strategies Reporting to the Managing Director
To succeed in this Product Manager role, you will need to be comfortable in a culturally diverse environment and be adaptable.

Key Requirements:
Five to eight years’ experience in the product management function Three to Five years’ experience in leading a team Experience in B2B2C is a plus Team-oriented and a self-starter Fluency in English
