Product Development Analyst

Works with Manager in terms of developing and implementing new products- Evaluates existing products and recommends improvements- Collaborates with product development team to complete the assigned project within allocated budget and timelines- Analyzes product issues and provides appropriate resolutions- Identifies customer requirements and provides optimal product development solutions- Monitors & evaluates marketing strategic implementation of ongoing projects : the development stage, User Acceptance Test (UAT) to testing- Identifies areas of improvements & concerns and recommends corrective actions- Shares new product ideas and concepts to Manager to meet revenue goals- Stays abreast with the latest product development tools and techniques- Responds to product related questions from staffs in a timely and accurate manner- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related field with minimum GPA of 3.00- Proven experience in leading development teams, also developing, deploying, and integrating software solutions- Extensive project management skills (SCRUM, Waterfall, Agile, etc) would be a great addition- Able to review vendors without getting hands-on with their code- Good understanding of machine learning & data engineering- An executive liaison who's a good mentor & coach- Possess excellent problem solving, analytical, and communication skills- Able to resolve conflict and excellent in reporting"Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
