This, in turn, will pave the way for a more productive and sustainable workplace.**Product Development Specialist****Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree.- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Building Material Industry as a Specifier Supervisor /Sales Supervisor/Marketing Supervisor.- Good communication skills.- Highly self-motivated and target oriented.- Have a competitive spirit and energetic.- Could work well independently and as a team.**Main Job Description**:- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, consultants, contractors, and business owners, in order to:- Actively do market research related to current and emerging building materials.- Understand current and emerging customers and business priorities.- Actively gather information about customer needs and preferences.- Provide a proactive and responsive support during product development process.- Prepare visitation database report, stay up-to-date with current information/development, and inform the product development team accordingly.- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, seminars, product demonstrations, for external and internal purpose.- Train and support sales team on new product launches.- Managing reports and related administrative works.
