You'll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Your 'day to day' - Plan, execute, and manage the assigned multi-category product projects with the expected delivery standards and specified timing, adhering to and driving E2E Project Management process and best practices to ensure successful completion of projects. - Communicate with internal (PPMD Department) and external (Product Service, CMRP, Procurement, Supply Planner, Demand Planner, Operation Customer Service, Quality Assurance, Finance, Printer, Excise Team within Asia Region) stakeholders and customers to ensure proper understanding of project scope, requirements and milestones. - Plan, schedule, and coordinate project tasks and deliverables. - Performs projects reviews and provides status updates (escalates if needed), coordinates/anticipates resources, particularly for complex projects periodically - Ensures effective delivery in line with standards set by S&PD PMO and the Minimum Viable Project Management Methodology for cross-functional projects - Maintaining good relationship & collaboration with stakeholders within Internal Sampoerna, Asia Regional and PMI Global. Who we're looking for - Having a minimum bachelor's degree in Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Exact Sciences or Allied fields - 2-3 years of experience preferably in Project Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or related area of expertise, preferably in FMCG industry - Fluent in English both oral & written. - Able to comply with various guideline (Market Requirements, Quality Document, System documentation, Email instructions). - Able to learn rapidly and eagerly in Product Knowledge, draw insight from experiences and seek perspective from others, as PPM team is building product specification (packaging & cigarettes) and to ensure correctness & completeness. - Able to perform in a quickly changing environment. - Able to work under pressure with peak activities and strong requirements for accuracy, completeness and speed. - Able to work in a diverse and international environment, with English-speaking based community & team member What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
