GAIA Dental Studio - a dental and healthcare company based in Australia and Indonesia - is hiring for a position!**PRODUCT MANAGER****Responsibilities**- Create business models and analyze the competitive landscape- Defining a vision for a product- Develop and monitor data-driven analytics- Understanding and representing user needs- Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies- Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product- Prioritizing product features and capabilities.- Creating a shared brain across larger teams to empower independent decision-making- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Consulting, or equivalent preferred- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills- Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization- Fluent in English is a plus**Job Type**: Full-Time, ContractJob Location: Surabaya, Jawa TimurJob Salary: Rp. 6,000,000;- / month (Negotiable based on experience)**Job Types**: Contract, Trial period contract, Full-timeContract length: 3 - 6 months**Salary**: From Rp6,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Surabaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- S1 (required)**Experience**:- Product Manager: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
