Procurement & Vendor Technical Lead

Lead some junior to senior software engineers on developing some projects.- Manage daily routine regarding project development progress.- Manage software deployment process on development and production environment.- Monitor team productivity.- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Informatics Engineering (IPK > 2.9)- 1+ years hands-on ERP experience, 2+ years in a team lead role.- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.- Knowledge in Odoo ERP will be a plus. - Backend Stack (.NET Core / Python)- Database (Postgre, SQL Server, MongoDB)- Must be proficient in following agile development methodologies.- Shall have worked in and having Good functional knowledge on business concepts like Finance Ops, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, etc.- Extensive knowledge and understanding of Business processes & System architecture.- Must have good experience translating business requirements and design into technical solutions.- Demonstrated experience in the development of Technical/Functional documentation. - Nice to have working experience in handling Docker and CI/CD.
