We manage the buying process and engage in commercial sourcing management to achieve the best contractual conditions and best results for company.**Partner with the best**As an Indonesia Sourcing Manager - Buying / Procurement, you will be responsible for:- Placing and following up on POs.- Managing relationships with suppliers for PO execution, as well as managing problems and schedule changes including updating ERP.- Developing elaborated proposals for changing processes and procedures assessing the impact on directly related processes/functions.- Being able to communicate a broader picture to the team. Using basic influencing skills to deliver on assigned goals.- Providing services to the function or directly to the business.- Handling department work guided by procedures. Exceptional cases are resolved by choosing the right procedure.**Fuel your passion.**To be successful in this role you will:- Have bachelor's degree or equivalent.- Have at least 5 years' experience and above in procurement & sourcing (raw materials or semi-finished goods)- Have past or current experience in oil & gas or manufacturing industry (MNC setup).- Have prior team management experience.- Have good analytical and negotiation skills.- Have experience in SAP, Ariba and Power BI experience.- Have good verbal and written communication skills.- Be able to accommodate to business travel as and when is required.**Work in a way that works for you**We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
