Coordinate communicate among department PPIC, Production, Maintenance, Purchasing, Order Processing and Sales for order status and ability to fulfill customer orders so that orders can be fulfilled on time (OTIF)
Manage and control the stock finish good and WIP with analyzing and communicating the forecast accuracy and raw material requirement planning (MRP) and stock policies.
Controlling the MRP report to ensure the accuracy of the input parameters are up to date as uploading sales forecast, validation sales order, work order planning parameters (safety stock, lead time purchase, minimum purchase amount, etc), PO.
Plan Production schedules and control manufacturing activities through capacity planning.
