(Plantation) Production Manager

About the Company:Our client has developed new technologies to cultivate and harvest natural sea plants. The cultivated and processed sea plants are used to produce value-added products that have applications in a variety of industries such as Food Processing, Agriculture and Animal Husbandry.

Job Descriptions: • Planning and organizing production schedules• Determining quality control standards• Coordinating and Controlling production process• Selecting, Ordering and Purchasing Materials • Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment • Supervising and managing the work of Production Team • Coordination with related parties to fulfill customer orderRequirements
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering•At least 3 Years experiences as Production / Manufacturing Manager in Forestry/Agriculture/Aquaculture/Spices industry• Experienced on production management, specializing incoconut plantation• Experienced on coconut variety production (briquettes, charcoal, coconut water)• Have knowledge in production and manufacturing process & techniques• Have knowledge of raw materials and knowledge of quality systems and standards• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
