This, in turn, will pave the way for a more productive and sustainable workplace.**Personnel Supervisor****Main Job Descriptions**:- Managing all human resources activities- Managing general affairs activities and personnel administration.- Coordinating with corporate HR team.- Establish and maintain good relationships with internal organization, workers' union and third parties related to HR function.**Requirements**:- Bachelor degree in Law or Economics or Psychology.- Minimum 3 years of work experience as HR & GA Staff/Supervisor in manufacturing company.- Experience in managing all aspects of human resources, personnel administration and general affair functions.- Understand and have good comprehension of Indonesia employment regulation and labour law.- Understand and have experience in implementing ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.- Excellent leadership skills, with good interpersonal and communication skills.- Work location: Cikarang.
