Qualifications & experience Proven experience as a Talent preferably in the beauty or skincare industry. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for content that resonates with target audiences. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, social media, and content distribution channels. Able to join ASAP Tasks & responsibilities Plan and execute all digital acquisition activities (for mobile app and website) using ads platforms including Marketplace, social media, display advertising campaigns, affiliate marketing, programmatic, landing page etc. Work on a budget to reach maximum KPI keeping CAC at the optimum level Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Plan and create a small-scale A-B test campaign to optimize campaign and creative performance better.
