Plan and execute paid media campaigns utilize various paid media platforms such social media ads, SEM, GDN or Programmatic Ads (based on the objective and organization budget)Optimizing and work on the budget given to reach maximum KPI and keeping the cost per result at the optimum levelMeasure and monitored the paid media campaign performance against the growth objectiveCreate a report and identify the factor of what should improve in term of the paid media performanceIdentify trends and insights of the market that has correlation with the paid media performanceAt least 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in performance/paid marketingStrong Google Search Ads, Google Display Ads & Facebook Ads experience, Programmatic AdsStrong online marketing strategy (audience understanding, channels knowledge, conversion rate optimization)
