Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI. Stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly Customer Understanding Conduct in-depth research to understand our target audience, their needs, and preferences Create customer personas to tailor marketing strategies effectively Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure customer-centric messaging and campaigns Website Analysis: Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to assess website performance and user behavior Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance user experience and conversion rates Conduct A/B testing and analyze results for data-driven decisions Root Cause Analysis Investigate underperforming campaigns or website issues by conducting root cause analysis Develop solutions and strategies to address identified issues. Continuously improve and optimize digital marketing efforts based on beneficial outcomes. Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, Brand partners, vendors, and partners Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with rand collaboration and stakeholder management as key responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Manager position Customize it further as needed to suit your company's specific requirements. Requirements: Graduate degree in marketing or a related field Proven working experience in digital marketing minimum 4 years' experience Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, social media and/or display advertising campaigns Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture similar tools) Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
